An affidavit it not a case, nor does it require a court. It is, in and of itself, a form of deposition. These are sworn testimonies. No court is required to make them. If one can show that such a statement is perjury, they can bring a court case against that person. Until then, it is a valid testimony...and a deposition.

Time will tell about that. The problem with a coup is that the government that has taken over is not going to prosecute itself. Since this is a coup and not an election, time will tell if a constitution can be restored in some way. I don't see any peaceful avenue for this.

If Democrats and Liberals continue as they are and convert the federal government into The Oligarchy, a revolt will ensue. To put down the dissidents, Democrats will start a war.

If Conservatives somehow regain the election system and get elected, the Democrats will claim fraud, revolt, and start a war.
