50% of transmissions are from people with no symptoms

In other words, money is involved.

By who? The Deep State?

Look them up, it shouldn't be difficult to find TV stations out of PA. You're a geek.

There has been money allocated. I'd bet not everyone is happy some of it is ending or being reduced.
Not all decisions concern money, but most eventually wind up related in one way or another.

Who is the "Deep State" anyway?

"The thing about this outbreak that is very perplexing in being able to track and get our arms around is the fact that about 40 to 50% of the infections are asymptomatic," says Fauci. "If that's not bad enough, we know that now—and there was some doubt about this until it was really clarified—it is likely that up to about 50% of transmissions off of individuals who do not have symptoms."

I've just been reading- in England you can only get tested if you have symptoms.

Haw, haw........................haw. Haw.

We are spending a billion dollars a week on testing according to a guy who was on Tucker....did you know that?

Some people are making really BIG MONEY!

Nope. Didn't know that. I know everyone who wants to be tested here can get tested whenever they want.

Yes, I don't doubt that. Hopefully, they'll use those profits wisely.

That is the new British plan.....estimates are that they will spend as much on testing as they do on the entire health network ....which is crazy.

The entire healthcare system costs about £200 billion. Johnson's mass testing plan might cost as much as £100 billion, but probably less... If it is possible.

This is costing the British unknown trillions, so £100 billion would be a good deal.

The CARES act cost $2.2 trillion, for 5 times as many people, so would have cost the UK $440 billion, or £350 billion. It did nothing to solve the underlying problem, and was at best incomplete. If the British can solve the problem for less than one third of that, it is not crazy.

Or we can just hope that it will be simple, like the Alt Right.
