The May 17 decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit overturns a lower court's determination that the administration hadn't done anything wrong either in ending DACA or in the way it went about doing it. The Department of Homeland Security didn't adequately explain its rationale for ending the Obama-era program, the appeals court said in a 2-1 decision.

Trump ended DACA because it is obviously illegal and unconstitutional. Obama gave 700,000 illegal invaders a card saying they can live and work here even though the law says they can't!!!! The constitution says the president shall "take care that the laws be faithfully executed."

These judges know their decision is wrong but they are obviously taking huge bribes from the illegal alien lobby and repubs need to say that.

It's farcical; they make a mockery of the judicial system. What they are saying is that Trump cannot undo an EXECUTIVE order. It's laughably stupid and will be easily overturned by the Supreme Court.

DACA isn't even a law. It's an executive order for Christs sake. I've never read something so stupid.

Yes indeed. Judges are claiming Obama's EOs are binding on all future presidents!! It's insane and there is no other explanation except these judges are being bribed or blackmailed.

???...didn't explain his rationale?.......as I recall the rationale was a court order issued during the Obama administration that Obama had ignored......you know, the one that said Obama had exceeded his authority?......
