Thanks for a post that didn't mention race. Maybe it's racist because this couple was put out of business because of a government regulation.
Those making $18,000 are making much less than the average American family.
And, those making $18,000 are less than 20% of workers-not 44%.
They are making very little "profit" since their income is less than $40,000 (for both of them). Their age and health make it very difficult to get a better job and they can live off their business income.
