The announcement says he committed several 12b violations in one day.

I don't know who else reported him, but if there was more than one, I know I was one of them.

He said I must be the NAMBLA webmaster.

So I reported him.

Maybe it was a typo and he meant to say you must be the Namibia webmaster.
