3 men guilty of murder in the killing of Ahmaud Arbery

The same reason cops would stop him. Because he was known to have trespassed on property where items had been stolen. They are protesting their community. They have a right to stop and question strangers in their community.

As you stated, a "reasonable" person who is not guilty would have stopped and talked to McMillan. A "reasonable" person would not have run away from McMillan. A "reasonable" person would not have run at McMillan and attempted to disarm him.

Did you know Aubery was a criminal with a record and a gun charge?

No. But after the Jogger ignored them, they should have called the Police and reported a suspicious person. They could have just followed him to wherever he was going, while waiting for the Police to arrive. With the Police, there would have been a Police Report with all the pertinent information.

Evidence revealed in court Thursday, June 4 in the killing of Ahmaud Arbery alleges that the young black man was repeatedly boxed in by two pickup trucks as he desperately tried to escape.

That's a complete lie as evidenced by the video of the event. But hey, race hustlers will be liars. :palm:

A Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent says a white man then shot him in the chest, the first of three shots with a pump-action shotgun. Agent Richard Dial testified that the driver of the second pickup truck, Roddie Bryan, said Travis McMichael then stood over Arbery's body and said a racial epithet before police arrived.

Bryan told police he heard Travis refer to Ahmaud Arbery as a (expletive N-word) after he shot him.

The evidence was presented to support murder charges against McMichael and his father as well as Bryan. It also could factor into a federal investigation into whether hate crime charges are warranted.

The bullshit is strong with you. The driver of the second vehicle was the one doing the phone video and was too far away and still in his truck when the event occurred. :palm:

They were stopped. They didn't drive up to Aubery. They were stationary. McMillan testified that he thought his father had called the police.

Aubery ran back AT them.

Uh, ... another Narrative I'm NOT buying into.

It's not a narrative. It was testimony. Now, you can choose to ignore it. But it explains why Aubery would run on the other side of the truck, out of McMillan's visual, before his ambush of McMillan.

It was his community, he worked there and his family lives there. Does it belong to the violent rioters bussed in to cause trouble? Can you see how fucking stupid you look asshole? :palm:

Another stupid lie filled claim. If he had wanted to kill, he wouldn't have been running FROM the violent criminal thugs chasing him down shit-for-=brains. You must like looking like a triggered, lying leftist loon. :palm:

He fired at violent criminal thugs trying to kill him. If you weren't such a triggered, lying leftist lunatic, you could comprehend the facts of this case. :palm:

Lying loony morons like you should kill yourselves. No one would care. No one would notice. The world's collective IQ would go up. :palm:

holy shit, what the fuck did you do to this thread? i'm not going to read your posts, but I got 12 notifications from you in this thread. go take a nap, precious.

So facts are not facts because you say so. This is why I tell people they can't argue with dishonest lying leftist morons like you. :palm:

Listen, retard. I'm not going to read your copy and paste diarrhea explosions. You use the same posts in every different thread. It's honestly pathological.

Now, was there something you wanted to say about Arbery, whose name you can't spell to save your life even though it's only 6 letters long? Last chance. I'm continuing to ignore your other manic tags of me. You need a therapist and a prescription, bro.

Projection
Projection is the process of displacing one’s feelings onto a different person, animal, or object. The term is most commonly used to describe defensive projection—attributing one’s own unacceptable urges to another. For example, if someone continuously bullies and ridicules a peer about his insecurities, the bully might be projecting his own struggle with self-esteem onto the other person.

Aubery was such a nice guy. Democrats love criminals. They hate police and the law abiding. Especially if they are .... "shivers" ... WHITE!!!

Details Emerge On Ahmaud Arbery’s Criminal Past: Loaded Gun Brought To HS Game

In 2013, then 19-year-old Ahmaud Arbery, who was not a student at the school where the incident occurred, brought a loaded gun to a high school basketball game. And one of the suspects now charged in his death was involved in the subsequent investigation.

Criminality seems to run in Aubery's family too. Can't say I find that surprising.

Court records show that as a student in high school, Arbery was sentenced to five years probation as a first offender on charges of carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer.

He violated his probation when he was convicted in a shoplifting case in 2018.

Ahmaud’s older brother has gone to prison in the past and is currently in the Glynn jail, without bond, awaiting new felony prosecution. It also appears a cousin has been prosecuted by DA Johnson’s office.

:) I don't want to re-try the case, but the Jogger could have kept right on jogging if he wanted to. He could have jogged on home and called the police about three guys badgering him. The Jogger's decision to run toward a guy with a shotgun was a Bad Move in my mind.

But, back to the guy in the car with a camera, he didn't seem that involved in a 'Murder Plot' that you seem to have concocted.

Well I’d suggest you review the court transcript and the now famous video as Bryan chased Arbuery for several miles before corralling into the McMichaels truck and the now famous video showed him nearly running over the kid. Now if he had run over the kid after chasing him in his truck would anyone believe it was just an accident?

You seem to miss the point that he was under no legal obligation to comply with anything these men requested and had every right to protect himself and had he successfully took the shotgun away and killed McMichael he would have had the legal self defense right to do so as he was not the one who had committed a felony assault.
