Well you will have to take that up with SCOTUS cause it has been a long standing US legal principle that those involved in a conspiracy to commit a felony are just as guilty as those who committed the felony. Is that fair? Hell yes it is. Had not Roddie Bryant not assisted the McMichaels in illegally detaining Arbury the he would probably still be alive.

So since Bryan was convicted of conspiracy to commit a felony he was subsequently found guilty of the felonies which included three murder counts. So hell yes that’s fair.

:) I don't want to re-try the case, but the Jogger could have kept right on jogging if he wanted to. He could have jogged on home and called the police about three guys badgering him. The Jogger's decision to run toward a guy with a shotgun was a Bad Move in my mind.

But, back to the guy in the car with a camera, he didn't seem that involved in a 'Murder Plot' that you seem to have concocted.

My understanding is that they chased him down and cornered him. Every mammal will turn and fight if cornered. It's in our nature.

As for Roddie, let's see what his sentence is. What do you think he should be sentenced for his part in hunting down and killing an innocent man?

The Video I watched showed a Jogger running past a Truck, ... then making a sharp left turn in front of the Truck. The next thing you saw were two people fighting over a Shotgun.
So, your Narrative of 'being cornered' sounds untrue. The Jogger was past the white Truck and a 100 feet ahead of the guy with the camera.

The jury saw diagrams, timelines and placements of people and vehicles.

If Arbery was as guilty as you claim then why did the jury find the three defendants guilty, Jack?

Most of the general public saw the Video. The Jogger had the option to keep on jogging. He could have jogged on home. He could have stopped at a friend's house and called the police.

Let's say one day Jack decides that his fat is too much to bear, so he decides to begin walking for exercise and weight loss. He's trundling along when suddenly two vehicles pull up, with three black men inside. One vehicle pulls across his path to cut him off, while one of the black men jumps out and points a shotgun at him. Can Jack outrun a shotgun shell? Besides pissing himself, what would Jack do next?
