What are you trying to say? Because innocent Israelis were killed...it's okay if innocent Gazans are killed?

I don't get the arguments on this thread at all. "Protect innocent children" shouldn't be a controversial position.
 
Just about no one on my grapevine thinks that we get out of this without at least a regional war, in part because Israel is clearly driving for one. These idiots still believe in American military power though I did see one person say that they understand that America is at best on decline, so the time to use American military power to their advantage is now. Israel both believes that they are the tail that wags the Western dog and that they are saving the West by demonstrating superior values and fortitude.

Innocents HAVE been killed. What are you talking about? I said that I don't assume EVERY dead civilian never supported Hamas. But there is no doubt that some killed were innocent, completely.

Why are you putting words in my mouth? I'm not contradicting myself.

Wow. Never thought you'd be anti-children.

I feel bad for the innocents in that picture. Children don't voluntarily choose to fight.

And there are MANY more children there who aren't toting guns or anything. I'm simply amazed by the lengths people are going to here in order to demonize the children of Gaza.
 
Children have been recruited into the military and forced to fight in quite a few 3rd world countries around the world, throughout history. They don't deserve our scorn. These are innocents put into untenable situations.

I can't believe people can be so callous about that.

No, but starting a war has consequences.

Example: Surprise attack on Pearl Harbor December 7th, 1941 (49 civilians killed) resulted the firebombing of Tokyo March 9th, 1945 (over 80,000 civilians killed).

Starting wars has consequences. Yes, it's sad innocents are killed, but civilians were warned to leave the war zone. The Vietnam-era LW ideology of "lay down your guns and they will too" is woefully ignorant of reality.

I'm not putting words in your mouth. How many posts have you made in the past three weeks accusing people here of supporting Israel in attacking innocents. How many innocents can you identify? List all the dead that you can prove are innocent.

I am not callous about Hamas for recruiting them. However you cannot regret even the death of a child carrying a weapon during a war against terrorism....if someone is trying to kill you, you put them down.....

My grapevine is having increasing trouble believing that Oct 7 was the IDF/Mossad incompetence the we have been lead to believe, I know Scott Ritter says "Look, they were never as good as their reputations, and now they rather suck (paraphrase)" but....
