And the DEMS are out to help poor and hard working Americans keep the federal programs they need.
As I have said many of times IMO the DEMS should fold and make sure the American people know that all the cuts these programs would incur are all because of Trump and his MAGAS BBB.
And when they hit they will be hurting a lot of Americas poor and low income workers it will be too late to go back.

About 41.7 million people during fiscal year (FY) 2024 were using food stamps. That's 12.3% of the US population.

Does anyone believe that 41.7 million Americans are truly eligible for food stamps?

Whty not. Some get very little help. 38 percent have jobs, but our terrible min wage prevents them from having enough to feed their families. Even 2 such jobs will not solve their food problems.
