Its only tyranny if its something you disagree with....not to mention the 2nd amendment is indeed a concrete portion of this nation's RULE OF LAW. What? Of course CONSENSUS majority opinion always establishes truth regardless of the documented record contained in the standard RULE OF LAW....right COMRADE!
It's OK for 85% of the people to break the law if you agree with the crime? Its an act of FEDERAL OVERREACH to even suggest that the feds have the right to regulate the 2nd amendment void of a 75%...3/4% MAJORITY APPROVAL of the STATES. As the STATES BILL OF RIGHTS was drafted as a FIREWALL to prevent FEDERAL Despotism....it was not drafted as a hammer to be used by Federal Judges to change the wording by OPINION instead of VOTE in order to beat the STATES into submission.
If I polled BLUE STATES with LARGE POPULATIONS....I could make the poll suggest anything I wish
This is not a 50 + 1 vote at the federal level....each state, regardless of population has the EQUAL opportunity to either accept or reject any proposal that AMENDS, CHANGES or REGULATES any portion of the 10 articles contained in the STATES BILL OF RIGHTS. That is if you demand an adherence to the RULE OF LAW as calibrated by the STANDARD....the United States Constitution. Simply read, comprehend and ABIDE by the 10th Amendment.

I want better control of arms in this country & I own guns-fuckin DUH!!!!! so do lots of ppl that feel the same way-nuts, terrorist, ppl that can't fly on an American plane etc shouldn't have a gun, especially guns that can kill lots & lots of ppl in short periods of time..
