24 Hours Out From Kavanaugh's Confirmation

"You are extremely naive and your writing style sucks." RC #18
a) That's an insult, not a logical refutation.

b) Posts #19 & #20 seem to indicate you've already lost.

But I'll leave it to you.
If you want a 2nd bite of the apple, I invite you to quote ONE example of the naïveté from the passage you quoted, and or offer ONE style correction.

It's true, I would indeed be naïve if I actually expected you to support your insult with fact. We both know that's not going to happen.
But this challenge of mine to you at least makes clear which of the two of us has made the valid point.

Cry harder for me

Nah...not for you.

But for America...

the left is so lawless, so violence prone that " It is almost certain that the Left will ramp up the violence and innocent people may be injured or killed. "

Tell that BS to Steve Scalise ....

Or to ALL the Republicans who are facing threats of rape and violence.

Rubio: Efforts to Intimidate Susan Collins More ‘Vicious, Vile, Dangerous’ Than Reported

I'll stand on my point.

You are extremely naive in your assessment of today's political atmosphere in America.

This picture is worth over 1,000 words.

It portrays a contest of qualification as a simple partisan game, like football.

a) I don't recall either "DEMS" or "MEDIA" claiming to plan to "get Kavanaugh".

Instead, with bipartisan support they got 7 days for the FBI to perform an abbreviated investigation.

Doesn't that help promote the legitimacy of this candidate?

Beyond that, Art.2 Sect.2 doesn't say anything about the senate rubber-stamping presidential appointments on partisan basis. The Constitutional wording is: "Advice and Consent of the Senate".

Again, Trump's nominee now has that.

So the Ramirez image above simply misrepresents the current state of the appointment.
