Here's some reality:
Is it reasonable for a person to spend a thousand dollars on security cameras/video doorbells on their house? IMO, yes.
Is it reasonable for a large corporation to spend $5000 a month on security for their headquarters and manufacturing facility? IMO, yes.
Now the hard question: Is it reasonable to complain that the corporation is spending too much money on security per month when you only spent $1000 total for your household security? No, it's not. It's stupid because there is a vast difference in physical values involved.
Now read the Preamble to the Constitution and notice what is specifically laid out in it:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
