We don't know what Mueller told Barr, if anything. All we know is what Barr says was in the report.

Hillary got a stay out of jail free card, compliments of James Comey and Loretta Lynch lol.

After the infamous tarmac meeting with Bill, Lynch kinda/sorta [but didn’t actually] recuse from the Clinton email investigation. Her *orders* were to forgo a grand jury and have Comey put his Federal Prosecutor hat on and render an opinion on whether Hillary should be indicted.

That’s what you call a non-recusal. But it was important for Hillary to skate because the prospect of Trump in the WH was unthinkable.

The whole affair could hardly be more sordid. I’m amazed that they’ve gotten away with it for this long.

Mueller gave Barr the report. It appears that Barr is the one lying about what's in it.

We haven't seen the full report yet. It's obvious that Barr is trying to hide something. That's obstruction.

Since we haven't seen the report yet, we can't say whether he caught Trump. Judging by how desperate the right is to have the report redacted/whitewashed before release, it looks like there's probably plenty of evidence of Trump's guilt.
