You're kinda stretching the "kool aid" metaphor here a bit too far here.
No, I'm pointing out that I don't believe that you are really that stupid. You have to deliberately ignore that time after time when anything important comes up the only time Obama "hears" about it is on the frickin' news. It takes a huge amount of partisanship to keep "believing" that rot, well beyond kool ade level.

Wow, the Gibson Guitar raid was discussed here. You'll have to read all the story to capture the essence of what I said.. So, I'll take out the pertinent bits so you can "remember".

The plot thickens, however.

One of Gibson’s leading competitors is C.F. Martin & Company. The C.E.O., Chris Martin IV, is a long-time Democratic supporter, with $35,400 in contributions to Democratic candidates and the DNC over the past couple of election cycles. According to C.F. Martin’s catalog, several of their guitars contain “East Indian Rosewood.” In case you were wondering, that is the exact same wood in at least ten of Gibson’s guitars.

The Gibson facility wasn’t raided over allegations of tax evasion, charges of embezzlement, or even something as drab as child labor. Not even close. It was raided over what the DOJ deems an inability to follow a vague domestic trade law in India (one that apparently the Indian government didn’t seem too concerned about enforcing) regarding a specific type of wood. Not illegal wood, just wood with obscenely specific procedural guidelines.

Stand with Gibson: They have the Law on their side, just not the government.

You should probably find an updated link that includes the part where Gibson settled with the government and paid several thousands of dollars in penalties and admitted that it violated the law.

LOLers.

No I'm saying that since the facts are now out - only 30% of the organizations checked were conservative, and NO (that means not one, none, zero) conservative organizations were denied - you have nothing. Other than wanking.

Carry on.

Yeah?....thats the rub....they don't deny them because that would enable them to appeal the decision....they just ignore them and don't do anything for a year or
2 or 3 and there is no approval or denial....thats part of the problem, fool.

So, what is your theory? It had to go one of 2 ways:

1) Obama coordinated this.
2) The IRS made an internal decision to do it on their own.

If it was the latter, at what point do you think they made the admin aware of it?

If liberals live in denial, conservatives live in a adolescent fantasy world they concoct from the laundry room in their parent's basement. For months now, republicans have been foaming at the mouth about Obama... Honestly, they have been foaming at the mouth since 2009. This site... Facebook... Everywhere on the internet where conservatives gather, there is this constant clamoring that suggests that Obama is the worst president ever and that he will undoubtedly be impeached eventually for his horrid abuses of his constitutional powers. Here's what I say to that: quit flapping your fucking gums and DO something about it. Your party has the House... If he really is as bad as you think, impeach the motherfucker!!!! You did it to Clinton and we were getting ready to do it to Tricky Dick when he bailed. Just fucking DO it and quit fucking whining about it.

But there isn't anything beyond the Kool Aid level. That's the thing. The Kool Aid was laced with cyanide. You drink it, you die. I think you could probably survive toilet water.

Right, the interesting bit would be that another company using the same wood in question wasn't raided. Can you find me the updated one where the other company using the same wood was also raided, or does it not exist?
LOLers...

The US government has settled its legal case against the iconic Gibson Guitar company over use of illegal timber from Madagascar in its instruments.

Nashville-based Gibson, whose products are used by artists in every genre of music, will pay a $300,000 (£190,000) fine and a $50,000 community payment.

Gibson admitted violating the Lacey Act, which requires firms to know that timber they use is legally obtained.

Deforestation is a huge issue affecting Madagascan wildlife such as lemurs.

Gibson's premises were raided by the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) in 2010 and 2011, with agents impounding ebony and rosewood imported from Madagascar and India.

The FWS found evidence that an employee had told Gibson two years previously that its Madagascan imports might be illegal, but that the company had nevertheless ordered further stocks.

So everybody committing a crime has to be convicted

Right... In this case it is the level of worship that is being spoken about. Willing to not only touch, but to drink, something that was used by the holy behind... It's like holy water, only different.

It's pretty interesting that righties can post nothing more than that the IRS met w/ Obama 118 times, and if you don't readily accept that at least one of those was to discuss targeting the TEA party, with no other evidence whatsoever, you're drinking koolaid and carrying water for the messiah.

So everybody committing a crime has to be convicted

Nobody should be targeted solely on the political donations of that year. When there are two companies using the exact same wood, in the same way, violating the same law. So known it is well-known and easily found to be using the exact wood that made their use "illegal"... Yeah, all "both" of them should have the attention of the government.

Its WHERE the wood was from and that they orderer further stock after being told NOT to use it anymore

I'm not exactly an Obama fan. But he's smart, and he'd be a complete idiot to meet w/ the IRS at the WH to discuss targeting conservative groups.

There is virtually no upside for him politically, and plenty to lose if it came out.

In short, you guys are really tremendous, record-breaking fools.

No upside ?....thats one of the dumbest you've come up with in some time.....the upside is so obvious I won't even go into that....and as is even more obvious,
the stonewalling to investigators, lying, taking the 5th, and having an epidemic of loss of memory seems to be working fine.....
They investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing. How convenient. The only problem they could have is if the msm actually starts digging for answers and
starts acting like the reporters they claim to be.....

They aslways bring up the OLD "scandals" thinking no one will remember how they actaully turned out

they were guilty of things others WERE NOT guys

So you would waste the guys time with face to face meetings? LMAO... 118 times in two years. 16% of the days he was at the WH. Almost a quarter of the working days (being kind here with a 50 week 5 days a week figure... it is far more in terms of how often DC takes vacation).

So either the admin is inept and wastes the time of the head of the IRS by dragging him in to the office when things could be done via email, phone, video conferencing etc... or there was something they had to discuss in person... the taxation of Obamacare was one... were there others?

Again, there are plenty of times a Washington Official goes to even social events at the WH, when the President is not even home. Geesh you guys with the ODS are wacked out.

Yeah - because you just have so much in the way of hard facts on this one. Good call.

Stonewalling the congress in its investigation and refusing to answer questions truthfully and entirely.....THATS A HARD FACT....
