A couple of facts have surfaced, that make me think this guy was a loner who had medical problems and held grudges and had problems with women.
He had recently been seeing a doctor and could have received some bad news about how much time he had left to live.
20 years ago, he was a patron of the dance hall, and met his ex-wife there as a student of his.. No one knew how long it was since they saw him there last.
His ex-wife said he had anger issues but was never violent with her. He divorced her. She said that he was continually telling her what a horrible dancer she was and that her dancing embarrassed him, and those all escalated out of control into arguments in the public when he was a dance instructor there 20 years ago.
Other patron's of the club said that they remembered him as a loner that was jealous of the other patrons of the club and caused disturbances with both the men and the women there.
Looks like the man had a vendetta and a death wish!
That's all I have based on the police reports.
