So here we are, 615 days later and still zero evidence that Trump did anything illegal.
I did watch in delight knowing that Cheney and Kinzinger’s careers were over in the legislature.
Here is what this inquisition could not prove:
(1) that Trump had committed any crime.
(2) that Trump had anything to do with the violence of that day's events
(3) that Trump had any connection to the Oath Keepers or any other group that day.
(4) that Trump encouraged any violent acts that day
What they kept pounding their insignificant little fists on the table about was Trump knew he had lost damnit! SAY IT! THE ELECTION WAS PERFECT! SHUT UP.

They keep calling Trumps acts criminal, yet no charges and they cannot cite a criminal statute that was broken.
Adam shifty Schiff indicated that intelligence was received of possible violence. That information was available to ALL agencies. Yet Pelosi and Schumer did nothing to mobilize the Capitol police or Trumps offer for National Guard troops. They just didn’t like the optics.
When, not if, Republicans take over the legislature, there will be a real investigation into the failures of Pelosi and Schumer to mobilize the police and ask for guard presence.
There was an attack on Democracy. But it didn’t happen on January 6th. It occurred in the summer of 2020 when jurists in several states overturned existing election laws from the bench and allowed for mail in ballots and counting to continue for more than a week. It was unprecedented and done under the guise of the pandemic which was also a HOAX of immense proportions.
This committee voted for Biden. They owe ALL Americans who didn’t, an apology.
The subpoena of Trump was another act of desperation. He owes this committee NOTHING.
The committee then commits a corrupt attempt to suggest that individuals invoking the 5th amendment are an admission of guilt.
Let me tell you how that will end. In legal entanglements until Republicans take back the House and the Senate. Then the REAL investigation of the failures of Congress to protect the Capitol and why the felt the “optics” were bad instead of protecting members.
