There is the psychological, which includes online and IRL, and there's the physical, which includes Matthew Shepard and the FBI's report that 20% of all hate crimes are related to perceived sexual orientation.
Physical confrontation quickly boils down to physics. There is a psychological component, but all psychological components can be overcome with sufficient force. F = MA no matter how much someone doesn't like it. Psychological confrontations are a matter of will; some people lack intellect or education and, even though they have a lot of will, they are almost purely emotional when they use it.
Smarter, IMO, to have the will, but think it through logically. Why? A matter of persuasion. The flies with honey vs vinegar thing. It's a way to have impact even though it's completely anonymous.

Disagreed. Anger and Hate are a matter of degree. Anger is usually focused at someone or something and short duration. Like when I trip over the cat in the dark. Hate is endless; the person just hates whatever it is they hate and there's no discuss about it or "cooling down" period. They just hate and relish their hate.
You seem to hate Euro-American straight males. Obviously some Euro-American straight males verbally or physically abused you. High school is a common place for that nonsense. Some cultures have that in their local bars. Most places I know are full of people who mind their own business and expect you to do the same.
