I agree, and it has to be good gin. I haven't had a gin and onion in years, sounds rather refreshing right now.

My mother used to live near the Gordon's gin plant until they closed it down. When the wind was in the right direction you could smell the fumes. Have you ever tried Genever the Dutch version?

True dat. A couple Saint Patrick's Days ago, I redecorated the sidewalk along 45th St in Seattle after drinking several gin on the rocks. Didn't feel anything until the last one.

I still can't drink Sapphire because of it. I'm strictly a Beefeater man now. Smooth as hell.
