imo, the law is aimed at latinos and most latinos feel the same way

That is a conjecture on your part and your assumption bodes on racism, on your part.
You have nothing of substance, any more then all the other nay sayers have had.

So if the State of Washington would pass an identical law, it would only be aimed at those appearing to be Hispanic?

Thankfully it looks like the Supreme Court is able to use LOGIC, instead of their FEELINGS on this matter and after today, the Fed's presentation didn't appear to be very strong.

sure, the arid zone just happens to border on mexico and has been an entry point for many illegal aliens

i am also, sure that the many non-latino illegal aliens are quaking in their their shoes in fear of this law...not

you go ahead and pretend otherwise

as for scotus, the conservatives on the court will be sure to uphold the law as written and not judge it for intent

however, sooner or later someone will take notice that the majority of people asked for their papers will be latinos and then another lawsuit

Thanks for admitting that there is an illegal alien problem, that has spread throughout the nation; which means that SB1070 was necessary, because the Feds have failed in their responsibility.

Now, unless you can prove that Hispanics are the only ones "targeted" by these bills; then it's only a racist assumption, which says more about your thinking then anything else.
 
There's no illegal alien problem, there's an illegal hiring problem. Put business owners in jail and shut down their businesses if they are caught hiring illegals. Bam, problem solved.
