while i am no longer a die hard republican, i don't know if he needs to stand trial or not. i don't believe a trial is the only method with which the authorities can determine if he obeyed the law or not.
 
I'm not totally opposed to zimmerman having a trial, though the charges are massively overtrumped, and he should be found not guilty, and I would suggest the state be forced to pay for his defense.

I'm avoiding the Zimmerman shit like pregnancy, so I cannot commen beyond that the fact that 66% of those people are not Libertarian in any form.

No, they didn't say that. The reality is that many of us jumped the gun and convicted Zimmerman based on what we were told by the media. I know you aren't an ignorant person, but you are truly ignorant on this topic.

I don't care that Zimmerman is going to trial and I've said all along that he is a wanna be mall cop who pursued Martin. However with all the mixed information coming out about the case I'm not commenting on it anymore because I don't know what the hell happened and I'll just let it run its course with the trial.

And yes you know you were flaming in your OP to get a response.
