If you recall and be honest about it, I did put forth a good effort. You refused just as you are doing now. Here are the options as I see them. Review and rehash, continue your whining or admit your failures and move forward in a more positive and intelligent manner. Your call.

When you post "WB, the internet is a good place for good fun, sometimes even a bit evil fun and as far as I am concerned most often a place to use subtleties, nuance, parody, satire, irony, an occasional double entendre' if for no other reason than to confuse the lesser enlightened." it is hard to believe that you are serious about having a good discussion or debate.

I saw little in the way of explanation concerning my posts the other night. What little tere was led to me asking you a question which you didn't want to answer. Out of 7 or 8 posts, you made an attempt at discussion or debate in maybe 1 or 2. That is a waste of time. It becomes just another thread in which manipulation becomes more important than discussion.

I tried to be positive when I asked several times for clarification. And what did I get? lol It certainly wasn't clarification, that is for sure.

So you can go rehash all you want. You can go post more info on that thread. As for me, I'll pass in favor of waiting for better discussions with people who truly want to talk about an issue.

No, I just don't tolerate fools. I am completely condescending now. I will happily admit that and I'm glad you noticed.

The first night we talked I was trying to get a discussion going and you wanted to play games. Once I saw that and the previously quoted post, I see no reason to be civil to you.

I figure if I gradually get more and more hostile and more condescending you might just decide I am not worth you time. Then things will be better for me on here. Capiche?

The title of that thread was No One is Born With Hatred Or Prejudice and it was authored by USFREEDOM911. My extension of that thought was this:

And as some seek justification for their fears, anger, self loathing and paranoia in the Republican Party and the 2nd amendment their intolerance and racial prejudices become very plain for anyone paying attention to see. Sad. Just sad. I long for the days of a Dwight D. Eisenhower Republican Party. I fear there will never be another one like that or even approaching that. The pukes have alienated themselves far too many times and too deep this time. This will show for years if not decades.

You tried to imply, strike that, you said I said that the 2nd amendment somehow justified these jerks. How do you read that into what I said there? Takes a mighty good imagination or an awfully dumb sonofabitch to come up with what you said I said. So, which is it?

While you and Johnny are dead wrong on the troll accusation I've seen no reason for me to be civil to you post your stupid assed refusal to simply absorb a few facts and respond accordingly. I ain't going anywhere unless I get banned from here and I hope that doesn't happen. There are several here with whom I do enjoy tossing out opposing ideological criterion and seeing what comes back. I also hope the management would communicate with me prior to any drastic move like that.

If you had spent 1/10 the time in clarification that you spent in bemoaning the fact that everyone misread and misquoted, we could have continued a conversation. But you showed that you were not interested in communication but in trying to prove how superior you think you are.

So I decided rather quickly that the discussion was a waste of time. And now you spend even more time trying to convince me (or yourself) that you were right and I was wrong. When I really don't give a rat's ass whether you agree or disagree, think I am right or wrong, or whatever.

And I was one of those who tried to have a discussion with you. But you were adamantly opposed to open communication then. So I simply don't give a fuck now.

Me? Mentally superior to a mental midget like you? Hardly any feat and hardly any obsession of mine. You on the other hand? Well, what does the evidence indicate? You never made any attempt to discuss, debate or in any way intelligently examine any topic with me other than to misquote me to the point of changing the entire meaning of what I had to say. Then you hung on like a 4th grader. Now you pretend to desire debate but admit a low aptitude or interest for nuance and an unwillingness to get your head wrapped around even the simplest of concepts. To be frank, at this point I'm not surprised. I was mistaken believing you could possibly be anything other than the weakling you demonstrate. Again, I apologize that simplicity is beyond you and hurts you so. I am at a loss for additional advice to you. My grandchildren were never so dull or dumb and they are my only true experience with this type attempt to grow interests and minds. Of course they are all in university or beyond now and I hope that my encouragement set that foundation in their very formative years of 2 1/2 to 12 years old. It certainly is pleasant to jamm with them now. For an old man like me I find it both refreshing and mind blowing.
