CNN Enhances Zimmerman 911 Tape Again, Sounds like F**king Cold...

These men here don't seem to understand the intimidation and violence that is inherent in physical stalking. In following someone. I am amazed by it. I read some of it last week and was disgusted. In fact I was actually glad I couldn't post.

WHo the fuck do any of you guys think you are to believe that because some jackass gets himself crowned a "watcher" by a group of other jackasses, he has the right to follow anyone? That is freaking male privilege first of all, and white privilege secondly. Of all the goddamned nerve.

And you really believe that you don't have a right to follow another person.....??? Is this a law you just made up ?

Do you live in another country or are you in the US ?......

Oh yes I do believe that. Following someone is a hostile, intimidating act. If you followed me I seriously would very likely pepper spray you. This was a 17 yo boy. I relate. He would have felt that if the other guy got a jump at him he'd have zero chance. That's how I'd feel. If you follow me, I may, depending upon my surroundings, take action to protect myself. I do not carry a gun. I know you guys probably laugh at pepper spray. Maybe it is laughable I don't know.

I have wondered since this started what would happen if women started carrying and started shooting white men and then claimed they had a reasonable fear of danger. You know what the funny thing is? Women often do have a reasonable fear of danger.

I just have this feeling these laws wouldn't be on the books long.

Oh, I agree....its is something that could get you into trouble ...... mean its certainly legal but if you attack someone for following you, you will be the one prosecuted.....
you will be one breading the law, not the follower.....unless of course it goes further than simple following.....like it goes on for hours or days or weeks....

If I was a women, I too would take some action to protect myself.....like not getting close enough to the follower to confront would be #1.....exactly what
Martin SHOULD have done if he was intimidated or thought he might be in danger.........but he didn't.......
Maybe he wasn't intimidated.
Maybe he didn't think he was in any danger.

All you need is a reasonable amount of circumstantial proof you were in danger.....

I think if an eyewitness to your danger testified you were on your back getting you head beat on the ground, that would qualify.....

First of all, we know he did do that at first. We do not know how the confrontation happened eventually. But we do know that Zimmerman was told not to follow him, and that he did. We do know that Martin knew he was being followed, took evasive actions, and thought he had lost the guy. That's what we do know.

Second of all, it's not the victim's responsibility not to get close enough to be attacked. This reminds me so much of all of those rape prevention tips. I hate them. The day I first saw this list, I loved it so much:

Ten rape prevention tips:

1. Don’t put drugs in women’s drinks.

2. When you see a woman walking by herself, leave her alone.

3. If you pull over to help a woman whose car has broken down, remember not to rape her.

4. If you are in an elevator and a woman gets in, don’t rape her.

5. When you encounter a woman who is asleep, the safest course of action is to not rape her.

6. Never creep into a woman’s home through an unlocked door or window, or spring out at her from between parked cars, or rape her.

7. Remember, people go to the laundry room to do their laundry. Do not attempt to molest someone who is alone in a laundry room.

8. Use the Buddy System! If it is inconvenient for you to stop yourself from raping women, ask a trusted friend to accompany you at all times.

9. Carry a rape whistle. If you find that you are about to rape someone, blow the whistle until someone comes to stop you.

10. Don’t forget: Honesty is the best policy. When asking a woman out on a date, don’t pretend that you are interested in her as a person; tell her straight up that you expect to be raping her later. If you don’t communicate your intentions, the woman may take it as a sign that you do not plan to rape her.

LOL...

Yeah, as I approach to change a tire for a lady on the side of the road I am always repeating the mantra, "Just don't rape her, Just don't rape her..."

If I don't I'll forget because I am a man. The other day I was someplace where women were drinking stuff and had to borrow some drugs to put in a drink before I remembered, "Just don't rape her..." then I was like, "What the heck am I doing?" But the drugs were already there ya know how it is... can't waste things, ya know?

On a more serious note: Just an FYI, the vast majority of rape is unreported and is done by somebody who takes a woman out on a date rather than by people following some chick down the road...

Anyway, I'll be sure to remember to blow my whistle if I think about dropping some borrowed drugs into some lady's coffee.

Agreed.

But the point of the list is to mock the ubiquitous rape prevention tips women are always given.

Channeling Topsinner:

You woulrn't knew rap if you were hit on the back of the head anf forcd, spintzer!!

I need no help, nor am I in a quandry.

I am trying to have a civil discussion with you, and you insist on adding insults to it.
Besides being obtuse and biased...you're also blind, and not at all interested in having a serious, intelligent discussion. Move on.

By whom? You have a link of this supposed "double-standard" of mine?

I don't see how just that would be racist. Considering he had reported others in the area, which was suffering from a large amount of robberies, and they had gotten away saying "They always get away" doesn't seem to have any association with race.

However in the first "enhancement" I heard him whisper something entirely different than what I hear in this better enhancement. From "coon" to "cold" makes a huge difference.

Do you actually need a magnifying glass to find the double standard(s)??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Geez Louise.

Good list....funny

Right, we don't know....thats why I'm not judge and jury on this case.....
Lets not mis-state the facts......he was not told "not to follow him".....he was told, "he didn't have to".....thats two completely different things.....

The rest of your statement is correct as far as know.....and actually confirmed by Zimmerman....he too said he lost Martin and was returning to his car.....

I wonder how a guy with a gun can get beaten if he knows an attack is coming.....in my world, that don't make sense.....in my world, the attacker never gets that close, without getting shot someplace.....therefore, the only thing left is, he was surprised....my opinion, no proof at all....

I would disagree with your idea that a victims responsibility is to not get close enough to be attacked.....if, of course, its possible....and especially for a women...
Its utterly stupid to get close enough to get punched or overpowered in any fashion....

That should be the potential victims first and foremost defense.....keep you distance from any physical confrontation....

Stop messing up his head with reality, he lives in a special place, where people who don't call Obama a Kenyan have a "double-standard" when they point out that Hispanic dudes aren't white.

Obtuse, much? How many Hispanic dudes do you know named Zimmerman? I guess Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet aren't Jews. I have cousins who could pass for white, all day, everyday, except they call themselves "black".

A magnifying glass won't help.......you actually need to create the double standard out of thin air, using the biased and warped imagination of a racist and mentally sickened mind.....

Its not what you can 'pass as' or what your name is......its what you ARE.......

Stupid bitch. I deal with reality and realities. A whole bunch of y'all can't stand black people, are sorry that y'all got involved in slavery in the first damn place, and now that we are here, with full rights guaranteed by the Constitution, it drives you to drink and drug. We don't have a problem with y'all. When y'all "act you do", we smile and roll our eyes, as we have done for darn near 300 years, and tell you what you need to get you up out of our mix. But today, we get paid for our labor, and we reap the benefits, thereof, just like your racist asses. We pray to God...you pray to the Almighty dollar bill, and would sell your mamas, if you could get 5 bucks for her.
Ain't nothing racist or sick in this here mind. You're just a stupid racist bitch that can't keep up, and is clueless as to the reality.

Bull. He knew he was being followed, and he was freaked out about it. Give me a break.

Yeah, he freaked out......he thought, "I'll get this mf'er thats following me, he ain't gonna mess with me and get away with it"......

so he became the aggressor....6'3", 140LBS, solid and full of piss and vinegar......on a 230LB bucket of flubber.....

Ironic, from the guy who just said "You both make up bullshit and tell us your opinions as if you were actually there and saw what happened with your own eyes..... "

Thats quite a rant....and full of rage.....loved it.....

When I said "a racist and mentally sickened mind", I didn't mean for you to prove it right away.......but thanks......if saves a lot of un-necessary arguing ....

Its actually laughable that you prove your a sick racist, asshole

in the post and at the very end deny it.......

or did you just swallow a bad load this morning, a homo friend I know once told it that that ruins his whole day...

Besides being obtuse and biased...you're also blind, and not at all interested in having a serious, intelligent discussion. Move on.

Oh please, I have presented points for discussion. I mentioned being curious about how many blacks lived in the gated community where the crime was committed and you go off on this bullshit about there being plenty of blacks in gated communities and pissing on about my basing my comment on "white priviledge".

No, you are not interested in a civil discussion, and I am not interested in being a target for your over-active imagination and need to be a vindictive jackass.

If you want to be ignorant then you will be ignored.
