Haha, when I go to my Aunt's farm in Ohio I get freaked out by the quiet. I need noise and action around me.
Unless gators are in a feeding frenzy which is only about every 4 or 5 weeks or so they are generally motionless. It's still like shooting fish in a skillet whether in a boat or on land.
Scared and frustrated? What a drag.

Sneaking up on a gator is tough. And I have never seen a skillet that can eat me.
If if helps your ego to believe I was scared, then by all means continue to do so. Posts on an internet forum don't seem dangerous to me. Frustrations from someone's refusal to participate in a discussion is pretty common here. Its not a big deal.
