One Goh, 43, who had been expelled from Oikos University, has been cooperative with investigators after being taken into custody but “not particularly remorseful.”

The Oikos killings came about a month after a student opened fire at a high school in Chardon, Ohio, killing three students and wounding two.



Oikos, which offers programs in theology, nursing, music and Asian medicine, describes itself on its website as having been started to provide the “highest standard education with Christian value and inspiration.”

No I'm stating more murderers can claim SYG. if there is someone you really hate and you know he/she is packing? Just shoot them and say they went for their gun! Case dismissed!

But as time has gone on and more 'facts' have come out, it's starting to look like a legitimate case of self defense, despite whiny assed people claiming zimmerman 'stalked' martin, which is now a liberal euphemism for 'followed from a distance and lost him'.

Nope. They gave him his gun back. Where the pictures of an injury? Whenever you are injured in an assault, the first thing the courts require is pictures(PROOF)! So far no such pictures have been released, simply because they dont exist. Though I wouldn't be surprised if they magically appeared, just like some of zimmerman's witnesses.....The medical report does not acknowledge a broken nose. There was another ambulance called to the scene but it was cancelled. I guess his wounds were minor....The body of Martin did not show any signs of him being in a scuffle.

What I'm asking is that he be charged and stand trial.

No judge wants to see any of his cases overturned on appeal because of recanting witnesses. it's just too unreliable, which makes me thrilled that you're not a judge.

the brady spokesman had to backtrack, not the sanford PD. and his permit has not been suspended because he hasn't been charged with anything.

the main investigator is a police officer, not a prosecutor, therefore doesn't have the training or experience to know whether a conviction would be attained. He only knows that the police have charged other people for shooting someone when circumstances look the same.
