cops kill father of 2 year old for smoking marijuana in his house as they kidnap the kid under court order

The fatal shooting of William Reddie, 32, by a Crawford County Sheriff’s Department deputy during the “emergency removal” of his 2-year-old son from an apartment they shared has many of his friends crying foul.

A Michigan State Police probe has concluded the shooting was justified because Reddie had a pocketknife and lunged at police.

When the same story could have been told:
When the Sheriff's department came to serve a legal warrant of a young child into child services the two year olds drug using father attempted to attack the deputies with a knife and in the incident the man was shot.

If this had been two regular guys and one shot the other STY would be cheering gun rights, self defense and the good old american spirit, since the "gubberment" was involved it was a cold blooded murder of an innocent druggy.
