I didn't see the videos. Did anything come out of them of any value or that might change people's opinion of Obama one way or the other?

It ends up that even back in college, Barack Obama was black. And he admired a professor of his who thought that racism might be real and might even affect the criminal justice system. So, pretty radical stuff for most Americans, who are all like "WTF? that's prejudice against white guys like me!".

I'm not sure he can survive it.

I think it will depend on age. Most people that weren't an adult in the 60s won't even know who the dude is. This would be like a current white guy running for Pres. who has a video of him saying, "Open your heart and minds to David Duke, ladies and gentlemen!" from back in the 70s or something. The guy ran a magazine called Race Traitor, wrote books, etc. talking about killing white people and the evils of Jews, but it was back in the 60s....

I read a couple of his works years ago. He's a civil rights hero as far as I am concerned.

I used to think that if conservatives would just read the black intellectuals, a lot of this bullshit would stop. That was naive. I realized over the past couple of years that you guys are beyond help and hope.

Run with it Damo. I don't think this "issue" will do as much for you as coming out against birth control, but hey, you guys are really good when you get going so you never know.

Interesting. As I said, I think it will really depend on the age of the person watching. To us it isn't a big deal. Some other person who had a dislike for this guy because it was more relevant to them it may. They don't have to convince everybody to change an election you know. It will be interesting to see what comes up.

In an election where 1 to 2 percent can make a difference it may be more effective than those who want to dismiss it think... or it can just fall flat. I'm not predicting. All my post said was it "may" make more of a difference to somebody who was an adult in the 60s because it will feel more relevant to them.
