The head of a private high school was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon by a teacher who had been fired earlier in the day, NBC News reported.Police said a man came onto campus of Episcopal School of Jacksonville with an AK-47 in a guitar case, went to the administrative office, shot the head of the school several times...http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/03/06/10593746-two-dead-in-shooting-at-florida-high-school

And, of course, he would have only been able to commit murder with a firearm. There is no way the fired teacher could have killed anyone without a gun.

Who would claim they had a right to arrest them before they committed a crime?

Sands and Ringuette were charged with threatened use of a dangerous weapon at a school and are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Attleboro District Court. The charges carry potential sentences of three to 20 years in state prison or six months to 2 1/2 years in a house of correction, with fines up to $50,000, the statement said.

Just because an AK-47 was used, the gun-grabbers have their panties in a wad.
