federal judge sends racist anti-obama email

If you don't have the balls or brains to address the issues, just STFU and butt out.....

We all realize its the idiots like you that have nothing to add to the conversation but only post to ridicule the other posters....we've watched you and Yurt now for fuckin months..........

Au contraire; I have some pretty spirited discussions on here quite regularly.

But your post was insanely stupid, so yeah, I did comment on that.

People say racist things all the time and the judge said he was sorry (if you are offended), so we should just move on!

Am I understanding this argument correctly?

Not exactly....the judge must be held to higher standard than 'Joe, six pack'....a man in his position should know better.

...if this was just some nobody making a dumb joke, then yeah, move on.....we're getting so crazy, we're punishing 5 year olds in kindergarten for giving a girl a valentine or saying "you have pretty hair"......or making a gun with his finger and thumb, you've all heard the stories....
Everyone seems to want to go on a rant over the most innocent slight or stupid joke about fat people or curly hair, etc....

I don't know the particulars about this 'joke' about Obama and a dog, but we all need to relax a little.....politicans get joked about, where the hell have you been for the last decade.

Because you don't understand something, doesn't make it stupid....it makes you stupid.

It ain't just black people Darla,.....everyone is so gad damn touchy about the tiniest slight and go off the deep end .......its a freakin joke....whether is jews, Catholics or blacks or Asians........nobody gets killed....no bones are broken, its over in 15 seconds and we move on.....

and if you have something to say about birth control, say it....don't snipe around the edges.....
Pregnancy IS NOT A disease........cancer and cysts and serious medical issues.....you don't need a PHD to know that....
A large percentage of birth control meds are taken for medical reasons and women should have access to those needed meds.....you also don't need a PHD to know that either.

Listen you fucking jackass, your bumper sticker slogans don’t mean shit. Pregnancy isn’t a disease? Does this pass for wit, or even more bizarrely, sage wisdom, at your Knights of Columbus meetings? Only a full-blown retard or a woman-hating son-of-a-bitch would keep trying to make the claim that “pregnancy isn’t a disease” refutes “birth control is a women’s health issue”. To be clear; I think you're both.

First of all, Rana was right and I let you morons off too easily; pregnancy causes disease and even death in many women. Secondly, the planning and spacing of her children is perhaps the number one health issue of any woman’s life. Without birth control, in order to be a full human being and enjoy the closeness and joy inherent in an intimate relationship(s), most women would end up being pregnant for the great part of their lives. They would give birth to a dozen or more children. The idea that perpetual pregnancy and childbirth does not impact a woman’s health is absurd and outrageous. You are not a doctor or a woman, you get no say in this, and yet you seem to be under the impression you get not only a say, but the final say. I am here to disabuse your ass of that notion over and over, since you insist on posting your bullshit over and over.

As for your white privilege horseshit, guess what moron? A judge who has black people come before him for SENTENCING, making any kind of racial joke or slur, is not funny, and it’s not for you to dismiss. Are you ever going to stand in front of a judge as a black man? No.

Your entitlement issues are really sickening. You are entitled to a swift kick in the nuts as far as I am concerned, but you are NOT entitled to stick your nose in women’s business, or to instruct minorities on what they should or should not object to.

I love this woman, really.

The only jackass here is you...its your party....Pregnancy isn’t a disease....and birth control is an issue for everyone that is having sex

First of all, Rana was right and I let you morons off too easily; pregnancy causes disease and even death in many women.

Now if you're worried about a disease caused by pregnancy, common sense would suggest getting a fuckin' hysterectomy at your earliest convenience, you fool.......

Trojans are cheap....and prevent disease and pregnancy.....and I ain't gonna fuckin pay for them for you and anyone else.....If you need pills for a medical condition, thats another matter and I'd be happy to see that you're insurance company cover that cost.....

And if you could fuckin read, you'd see I DON"T dismiss the judge and plainly said he must held to a higher standard, so try again, you asswipe.

If your business means taking my money to pay for your un-necessary or imagined needs so you can screw to your hearts content, then it is my business.....

YOU aren't paying for anything. When a woman exchanges her labor for compensation, part of that compensation is health benefits. SHE pays for them with her labor and additional payments taken out of her paycheck. YOU have nothing to do with this. And your statement that "I'd be happy to see that you're (sic) insurance company cover that cost" really showcases your huge sense of entitlement. Neither do YOU get a say in what form of birth control a woman consulting her doctor chooses. And YOU never will get a say.

YOU'LL see to nothing Bravo. You don't have a say and women aren't going to lie back and give you one.

So take your vicious misogyny and tell your story walking. You. Don't. Get. A. Say.

On a scale of 1 - 10, where 10 is "Eloquent rant/preach it sister!", and 1 is "lame reply that leaves even me, a casual observer, shuffling my feet and looking down in embarassment", I'd score the above exchange as follows:

Darla - a gazillion
bravo - 1

"If your business means taking my money to pay for your un-necessary or imagined needs so you screw to your hearts content, then it is my business."

I don't need your money. I guarantee you I make more than you. I don't need your permission to fuck either.

When I pay for health insurance, whether through my labor or my cash, or as is most common, some combination of both, I insist that it cover my actual health care, of which birth control is a big part.

I don't give a rats ass what kind of birth control you choose and never claimed I had a say....is that the way you fool yourself into thinking you gained some point on me, buy mis-stating my words.....as long as its not an Obama decree and your ins. co. wants to cover your needs, have a ball.....just don't demand others MUST pay for your worry free fucking.......
and the fact remains...

Pregnancy isn’t a disease....and birth control is an issue for everyone that is having sex and not some issue for your neighbor to worry about or pay for.

At least Onecell thinks you made come sense....nothing to be proud of, though.

Now time for the gym....its been a pleasure setting you straight.

Not being the town pump could save you a lot of anxiety about your health....think about that.

You were proved wrong on every claim you made. You have obviously been listening to Rush Limbaugh as he has spent this entire week calling a 23 yo college woman a whore, a slut, someone who screws so much she can't walk, and claiming that HE has to pay for her birth control.

In fact, what you pigs are proposing is that when a woman takes a job, her boss gets final say on whether her sexual behavior is "moral". You are proposing that employers own their employees, including their health care choices. You are proposing that women, who already make 80 cents for every dollar a man earns, have more of their compensation stolen from the in the form of denied preventative health care. What you are proposing is radical and outrageous, and the very definition of anti-libertarian.

You think that you can spread any false bullshit around, and it's all false, and it will stand. It won't.

You are doing it, because like Rush, you enjoy slapping the bitches around.

These days? The bitches slap back. Get used to it mf'er.

I enjoy comments like these and Rush Limbaugh's because the Republican party is staging an all out assault on women and attempting to hide it under different guises, depending on the day.

But it's actually, and always, based in outright misogyny. And do me a great service in exposing that.

Thank you.

Limbaugh is getting lambasted in the media right now. I had actually forgotten about him somewhat, but Fluke has gone on a couple of shows responding to him, which has really kept the story going. I'm glad she's doing that. He really couldn't look any dumber or more hateful of women in general.

Does Rush have any kids? He's been married 3 times. I remember tuning into his show once, and he was bragging about how he used to give golf lessons to women & have sex w/ them behind the bushes on the golf course. I mean, he has to have used birth control, right? Please tell me there aren't tons of little Rushes running around out there...

I just looked it up and wikipedia says he has no children. But what he will say is that he can afford birth control and it's not his problem who can't.

There is always tons of race and class stuff involved whenever you talk about women's rights and issues. But to me, the bottom line is, women pay for their health insurance through labor and money, and no one else is paying for it. SHE'S paying for it. How outrageous for them to falsely claim otherwise??

I have already posted the links disputing those who claim that if you let the bitches use their health care insurance, the menz rates will go up, and we must always put what the menz want first. It does not raise rates, or costs.

But the fact is, that if it did raise rates, too effing bad. You know what else raises rates for everyone? People who have four, five, TWELVE children, that's what. And I, who have chosen to have no children, have to pay for that via higher premiums. Do I care? NO. That's what fucking insurance is! That's the entire premise of insurance.

I think this entire 'the Reps are staging an assault on women' is the nonsense. No one is suggesting that women not be allowed to buy birth control (or men either... you see, men also use birth control). No one is suggesting that NO insurance plan can have birth control as a part of coverage. What they are suggesting is that people have a CHOICE as to whether birth control is FORCED to be covered or not. I think you discount the religious views too much simply because they do not mesh with what you see as women's issue. It is both.

That is the problem with these cookie cutter group plans. You end up in these pissing contests where some people want benefit 'x' and others don't. Some want benefit 'y' and others don't... same thing with benefits aa-zzzzz. What ends up happening is that you have everyone paying for every little fucking thing SOMEONE wants and end up with group plans covering benefits a-zzzzz. This is why individual plans are cheaper. They are tailored to the individual (or individual family). They provide the coverage that individual wants/needs and don't include the things they don't want/need.

Middle income and up should get out of group plans all together. For those whose health precludes them from such, let the government create a plan for them. Enough of these stupid cookie cutter, one size fits all type plans. Before anyone screams bloody murder, I am not leaving out the poor... we have Medicaid for that. Changes to medicaid to make sure preventative measures are covered should obviously happen.

It's typical right-wing pennywise/pound foolish thinking. Birth control should be given out for free, everywhere. They claim to want to limit abortions, and then oppose common sense on birth control? What is the cost of unwanted children in this country, anyway...can anyone even calculate that?

It always just leaves me shaking my head. Their agenda is so tied into ridiculous outdated mores on sex & sexuality. It's all just a colossal waste of time. If they're so concerned about what what something as paltry as birth control is doing to their health premiums, they need help anyway. It's like how they want to cut the NEA to save tax money, but are cool w/ spending trillions on Iraq...

.

I don't care what you think. Anyone paying attention sees the assault against women. It's ongoing, it's sustained, it's brutal, and it's making gains.

I "discount" "the religious views" because religion has no place in the workplace, my health care, my compensation, or the terms of my employment. You may think that it's a great idea to empower any employer with moral judgement and LEGALLY SANCTION his religious views to be superior to his employee's, but that is a gross, and radical stripping of an employee's rights.

Don't throw men using birth control into this. Not using birth control doesn't mean you have to bear a child every year. It does not destroy your body or your health. I have some shocking news for you SF, so sit down:

Women have some health care needs that men do not. Some would say burdens. I would say burdens.

This is what insurance is about. It is the very premise of insurance. Insurance companies insure old people and they insure young people. We know that old people are going to use more health care dollars than young people. We spread the risk and the cost to best serve society. This is what insurance does. However, to be clear, fully covering birth control LOWERS health care costs. So that's off the table.

I took out your other stuff because it's ideological babble that you and Damo as well always engage in. I'm not interested in some Libertarian rant on what we should do to revamp the system in your view.

I am interested in this: I pay for my insurance with my money and my labor And YOU, are not going to come along and instruct ME or any woman, on what is essential health care.
