Gross inaccuracy? The headline of the article said you could have a fine of $1,000 for playing football or frisbee on the beach. It turns out that the max fine may be $500? Is that really a gross inaccuracy? The whole point of the article is the city council said a person can be fined for playing football or frisbee on the beach. That's what drew (sp) a response from so many people. I haven't seen anyone say "oh well it's only a $500 fine instead of $1,000 so it's no big deal then".
