What does the Catholic Church say about Masturbation
The Catechism has this to say about masturbation:

2352 By masturbation is to be understood the deliberate stimulation of the genital organs in order to derive sexual pleasure. "Both the Magisterium of the Church, in the course of a constant tradition, and the moral sense of the faithful have been in no doubt and have firmly maintained that masturbation is an intrinsically and gravely disordered action."138 "The deliberate use of the sexual faculty, for whatever reason, outside of marriage is essentially contrary to its purpose." For here sexual pleasure is sought outside of "the sexual relationship which is demanded by the moral order and in which the total meaning of mutual self-giving and human procreation in the context of true love is achieved."139

To form an equitable judgment about the subjects' moral responsibility and to guide pastoral action, one must take into account the affective immaturity, force of acquired habit, conditions of anxiety or other psychological or social factors that lessen, if not even reduce to a minimum, moral culpability.

So the Catechism is basically saying "don't do it." It's difficult at times but with God's grace all things are possible. It's a great way to live, I highly recommend it.

Masturbation in the Bible
There are several sections that one could apply to masturbation. In Matthew 5:28 Jesus says:

"You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

Pretty radical if you ask me......but what does the quote have to do with masturbation ?.....nothing that I can see....

and yet, I see the lefties posting time after time the question, "What would Jesus do", in response to conservatives not supporting higher and higher welfare benefits and more and more social programs for everyone......odd to say the least.....

Thanks for demonstrating you have no clue about biology or genetics.

Here is a broader view of the subject....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_views_on_masturbation

I wonder why the Dunce the Dude is obsessed with only the Catholics....?

The Religious Coalition for Reproductive Rights shows that different religions have different views on abortion, too.

What is the Coalition's position on abortion?

The Religious Coalition is pro-choice, not pro-abortion. We do not at any time advocate for abortion but we do advocate for women and men making their own decisions about their reproductive life, in consultation with their faith tradition, a condition that we believe is the very basis of an individual's dignity and of moral behavior.

Being pro-choice means we believe women and men should be able to decide what is best for themselves and their families, including giving birth, choosing adoption, and deciding to have an abortion. We work to keep family planning and sexuality education available to all Americans because these are the tested and proven ways to reduce unintended pregnancies and abortions.

The fact is, we communicate the grave moral nature of abortion. As people of faith, we support individuals in making their own moral decisions and stand with them as they struggle with the very real complexities of life. It is clear that, while people of all religions anguish over abortion, most feel this is a moral decision, one a woman must make for herself in keeping with her faith, beliefs, conscience, and her own personal situation.

the bible says you should gouge out your eye if you mastrubate.
so you devil worshopers better get to it.
