NHTSA: No problem with Volt batteries.

It does if Chevy can use the technology gained from developing the Volt to developing an electric car that does catch on. It's pretty short-sighted to say that the Volt investment wasn't worth it if GM produces an electric car not called the Volt that uses the same or similar technology and which gains significant market share.

you might want to read up on the history of chevy's volt. this is their second time around a decade later.

Your a welder I'm a finance guy. I'm guessing return on investment is harder than a tact weld.
Many more cars use the tech Prius brought to market and will with volt if its viable.

How many times do I have to tell you I ain't Dune? Fucking dense, man.

The two vehicles are almost completely unrelated. The Volt was designed from scratch. You are totaly full of shit. Idiot.

to claim this is GM's first shot at the electric car is dumb. the ev1 was their first shot, they failed and now they are trying the volt. same concept, different design and name.

you are dumb dune.
