The Beatles reinforce my belief that we are slaves to the wealthy.

Ya the Beatles EARNED their wealth. Maybe the musicians don't deserve millions of dollars but they deserve to be paid well(at least the ones with a huge following).

Holy fuck, WiseOne can name four individuals who earned their wealth. Now my chances for becoming wealthy have declined, because now I have to potentially earn my wealth with skill and tallant against a statistically smaller pool than previously realized.

this post makes me believe you're full of shit. musicians, especially during that time, "earned" their wealth, but other rich people who work long hours don't earn their wealth. there are many who would love to live the life of famous rock stars, but you think they "earned" their wealth.

Why can't you work hard, get ahead, and then buy your own mine; unless you're trying to assert that the first coal mine was just laying around, with no one knowing about it.

Then how do explain how a friend of mine was able to open a tattoo shop, over a year ago, work his ass off, saved his money, opened another shop, and is thinking of a third.
He now has 10 artist working at his shops.

Oh-I forgot to add that he doesn't know how to tattoo.

The people that work long hours DO earn their wealth. The people that make money doing nothing(Capitalists) DONT!

Athletes, Actors, Musicians bring in a ton of revenue and thus deserve to be payed well, but I think they are overpayed also.

I was listening to Johnny Depp and he was saying he has more then enough money to live, everything else he makes is for his kids.
