All hype or reason for concern? Are these the "End Times"? Is the "ending of an age" as foretold by the Mayan calendar, the Hindu Kali Yuga calendar and other artifacts referring to the end of our civilization, to be replaced by a golden age? Or are we walking the Primrose Path towards Islamic culture and law?
 
It will certainly seem like the End of Days if your plan for One World Government comes to fruition.
 
Apple, you're not going to win many allies among the left on this issue. Most liberals on this site choose to ignore it; others, such as Christie and Mutt, will simply call you an intolerant bigot and refuse to address the issue, just like an ostrich burying its head in the sand.

You're an ignorant fool. This has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with the politics of a fringe religious group (radical Muslims). Look up what's happening in Norway, where 90% of rapes are carried out by Muslim immigrants. What is Norway's response? Blame Israel. I am going to call straight up bullshit on that right now. That is straight out of the Southern playbook - the black beast rapist propaganda while southern white men were engaging in systemic, sexual terrorism against southern black women.

I'm just throwing it out for discussion. Prison inmates are turning to Islam and when we consider the high incarceration rate in the US and people prevented from getting a job due to having a criminal record it's a variation on the "preventing the buying and selling of goods by those lacking the mark of the Beast". When a person's ability to support themselves and their family is due to them having grown a plant (marijuana) or stealing food because they're hungry in a country that has an over abundance of food the gross injustice is going to drive certain people mad, as in insane. Islam gives them an organized outlet as opposed to just striking out in anger.

That's why I continually say we have to help people. The rhetoric is we have to help the people in Islamic nations get out of poverty so they are not bitter but what help are we offering the people here who first-hand see the gap between the haves and have-nots? When the disadvantaged see middle aged people, those who lived by the rules all their life, lose their job and home they realize there's something fundamentally wrong with the system. Witnessing entire communities being destroyed (factories/businesses closed) with no input from community members while a few reap obscene profits is it any wonder a radical belief system will take hold?

The question is not whether radical Islam is happening. It is. The question is what are we, as a society, doing so wrong as to push people towards such a barbaric belief system?

You called it right. And the writer describes himself "...an Emmy Award winning screenwriter. I'm also an observant Jew, a religious Zionist, a conservative Republican, and a member of the NRA", so are we really surprised he'd take this position?

Apparently the writer got his info from an anti-Muslim bigot (hat tip to Voltaire) named Pat Condell. "... Condell asserts, with regard to the Norwegian capital of Oslo, that "all the rapes in that city over the past three years – all of them – were committed by Muslim immigrants using rape as a weapon of cultural terrorism". But actual police reports show this not to be the case.

"The police report referred to is Voldtekt i den globale byen (Rape in the global city) which provides a detailed analysis of the rape statistics in Oslo during 2010. The report in fact shows that, of 131 individuals charged with the 152 rapes in which the perpetrator could be identified, 45.8% were of African, Middle Eastern or Asian origin while the majority – 54.2% – were of Norwegian, other European or American origin."

The police report also points out that "it must be stressed that the strong over-representation of people from minority backgrounds for several types of rape can not be interpreted as meaning that foreign culture is a causal explanation of rape" and that "the statistical difference in criminal behaviour between ethnic groups disappears when controlling for socio-economic conditions". It concludes: "Gross generalisations that have given the impression that the rapists are only foreigners – and largely Muslim – prove inadequate and erroneous."

It would be a refreshing change if Muslim haters researched actual statistics that provided a modicum of honesty to their rants. But I'm not holding my breath.

how do you make this logical in your mind? people who are convicts can't get jobs because of their record, yet it's the government that is trying to make as many criminals as possible, then you want to make that government force the others to help those the government created........and this works how?

This works by changing the government. This works by supporting a government that removes laws against such things as oral sex to possession of small amounts of marijuana. This works by supporting a government that is pro social policies that help people.
