Maybe this will help, he is not breaking the law just using avenues to avoid tax available to him because of his vast wealth. The charge is rank hypocrisy not illegality.
I'm sorry, but what the fuck are you talking about? The IRS prints a book each year with the US Tax Code, along with a host of forms for various taxes, deductions and credits, as well as a table which shows what every American is obligated to pay in taxes. To my knowledge, there is not a separate book and forms for wealthy people! They use the same book, the same tables, the same forms, as every other American. I don't comprehend "avoid tax available to him" ...what does that even mean? Do you mean he avoids paying taxes he is not obligated to pay? Who in the fuck DOESN'T do that??? What is hypocritical about that? Romney has NEVER said that people should be paying taxes they aren't obligated to pay... what kind of idiot would say that? I mean, other than YOU?
Romney pays whatever tax he is supposed to pay, like everyone else. His wealth has nothing to do with his tax rate. He pays 15% instead of 36% on capital gains income, because 15% is what every American pays on capital gains income, regardless of how wealthy they are. He is not "getting away" with something, he's not "cheating" and he's not doing anything illegal or corrupt. He is using the US Tax Code just like you and I, and he is paying the tax rates we all have available to us, he gets no special treatment because of his wealth. There is nothing wrong with this, nothing unethical, it's not even something uncommon or unusual.
Just once, I would like for one of you left-wingers to back up some of your bullshit! Show us where Romney or any other wealthy person is getting special treatment, special tax rates, deductions or credits the rest of us are not entitled to.... anything to show that we have some separate tax code for the rich? Sometimes I wonder if you idiots comprehend what "capital gains" means... do you think, "capital" ...hmm, sounds like "capitalist" and "gains" ...ooo, that's like "ill-gotten gains" so.... put it together and it must be "rich people's ill-gotten gains!" Maybe we should tax it at 100%? Fucking goofballs!
