Dumbass. He should have kept his mouth shut and refused to do the field sobriety test. If anyone here is ever pulled over for DUI and you know you're over the limit, refuse to take either the field sobriety test or blow in the breathalizer, keep your mouth shut and call your Attourney. Don't be snarky or a smart ass either be polite and respectful when you refuse. Don't be surprized if the officer becomes hostile when you refuse. Don't retaliate to any hostile statement by making any stupid comments. Keep your mouth shut. Let your Attourney do your talking for you.

this is actually pretty stupid. how many posts would you like of police being arrested for breaking a law? or how many democrat mayors who are anti gun suddenly having to come out that they own a gun for self protection?
My favorite was Rosie O'Donnell... trying to take away your guns while hiring protection for her and her children who have guns. I also love it when the Governor of a state starts talking about it while standing next to protection payed for by "the people" with guns.
They deserve protection, but not you. Because they are "special"...

Can anyone provide a good reason as to why drug testing shouldn't be mandatory to receive public assistance? Employers perform drug tests all the time. I fail to see how public assistance should be treated any different.
