Today's the Big Day!

You've just reached rock-bottom as far as disgusting posts go. I shouldn't even respond because it'll just bump up but... you need to back off with that kind of shit, now.

Naw. I don't think so. If Darla is going to play the martyr then she needs to either enjoy the game or get out of it.

Ehh he may have a point. Having said that Failias is probably disqualified as a person competently able to perform that fine art.

Occur naturally with out government intereference? How is that humany possible? If that was true slavery would be alive and well in the south, blacks would count as 2/3 a person, children could still be worked in factories and coal mines, women wouldn't be allowed to vote and the middle class would be a fraction of the size it is today, etc, etc. Change is inevitable, it and government is the primary instrument of change. It is up to us, the electorate, to determine that the change is needed and appropriate. You're position is worst impossible and at best untenable. You have a real serious problem with making a Goebelesque bogeyman out of those who do not agree with you. Why don't you try comminicating with them and learning about them and maybe you'll find out that people who don't agree with you aren't these "Leftist" bogeyman you seem to think they are.

I don't need to look into the toilet when I get up to know what's in there.

They're not representative of the country? What's the union representation in Iowa vs. the rest of the country? What's Iowa's economic status compared to the rest of the country? You look at how close the last three Presidential elections have been in that state and I could see someone saying Iowa isn't representative because of how close those votes were and many states weren't competitive at all.
Dude...the entire popluation of the State doesn't even represent 1% of the nations population. Hell....you root for USC...what would you know?

Not really, I was looking for a source different from angry people. I'll continue to look into it. As I said, I haven't paid much attention to Santorum. Banning birth control would be stupid, and impossible.

I was looking at his quotes, like this one.

"You shouldn’t create constitutional rights when states do dumb things," he told Tapper. "You should let the people decide if the states are doing dumb things, get rid of the legislature and replace them."

But the story didn't have this quote:

Santorum says, in all seriousness, “One of the things I will talk about, that no president has talked about before, is I think the dangers of contraception in this country…. It’s not okay. It’s a license to do things in a sexual realm that is counter to how things are supposed to be.”

That's from a different one.

I don't see that garnering him much support, most GOP'ers aren't Catholic and don't think birth control should be banned.

It is angry women who have changed the world, cowardice doesn't.

Yea...well me too...graduated from high school in Iowa and did some grad work there at an extremely tough school. My point being is that the fine, fine folk of Iowa are predominantly rural and hardly representative of the nation as a whole.

I agree. These votes are not binding. The Iowa Causus is being given waaaay too much importance, but cable needs to fill the time with something.

I'll have you know I've never had a complaint and many compliments in my lifetime. I was quite famous as a young man when I worked at the White Castle while attending the University of Minnesota back in the 60s when I was a dumb lefty. Just because my politics matured doesn't mean I lost my technique.

Angry women haven't changed anything for the better. All angry women do is drive men out and then the angry woman blames the guy for fooling around. Nuts.

The caucus isn't representative of the country, it has been the death knell or most candidates. If they in the Iowa caucus they usually lose the nomination as the Republican candidate.

Not if your Catholic.

Well, I believe they are in the minority. I believe most Catholics use birth control because the size of Catholic families has decreased. I remember my friends and neighbors, 4-10 kids per family when I was growing up. My own family, eight children.

I know what matters most about a politician/Presidental candidate differs from each person and differs by area of the country but as one who focuses more on economics it seems pretty amazing that with what is going on financially not only in this country but globally the discussion is about birth control.

The population of the planet has a lot to do with economics, the more people, the more resources needed.

"Fem Nazi" the slogan of cowards who are scared to death of independant women. What's a matter Failias? Don't have the balls to take on Darla? LOL She got you intimidated? LOL

I think aliASS, is Rush Limbaugh's uglier twin brother.

Ha! Don't think I wouldn't have my lawyer there with me. Darla LLC will be Cawacko LLC real quickly!

She wouldn't lay a finger on you, but you would still be shredded wheat, and you would have to re inflate your man-thing, the lawyer might be good for doing that...
