Sure they can pray in school, they cant block the hallways when they are doing it, but they can pray. Are you claiming they have a right to pray in any manor they chose?

No, I am just saying, if Tebow pulled out a little prayer rug and faced Mecca for a few seconds after a TD, there would be NOTHING said about that. We would all be lectured about how we must be tolerant, and if anyone complained, they would be deemed haters of brown people. He would be on the covers of magazines, we'd be inundated with stories of his personal faith, and his courage to display it in public. Hell, they'd probably change the rules to allow for him to pray to Allah after each score! If Tebow were Muslim, this whole thing would be playing out different, and you know it. It's only because he is a Christian, that there is ANY problem.

If it had been a Muslim, he would be complaining that they were blocking the hallway with their pray rugs and they shouldn't be putting on a display at school and they shouldn't expect special privileges! You know he would. It makes me laugh.

There are rules at school, put in place so the distractions are minimal to create an environment of learning. All students are expected to follow the rules or suffer the consequences.

Cam Newton is the better football player, but he does not make a spectical about his prayer so he is not as popular.

They did a skit on SNL last Saturday where Jesus comes to visit the Denver Broncos in their locker room after their game in Chicago last week...Jesus tells the team they need to do like he(Jesus) does and pray to the guy who REALLY helps the team...Matt Prater the kicker...Jesus even admits to praying to Matt Prater, to which Tebow asks, "you pray to Matt Prater? I didn't know..."

"Right" responds Jesus, "because I don't go shoving it in people's faces"...

Yeah.....there is no special foot baths being installed in colleges especially for Muslims to use in the religious rites.....its a figment of right wing imaginations.....it just never happened.....Muslims get no special treatment......no special privileges.......

Colleges aren't K-12, you have to pay to attend and it is different from public, federally funded school, plus exactly where are these foot bathes?
