Teen Whipped In Infamous Viral Video Murdered

This whipping occurred before the dad beating his daughter in Houston came out. We can debate the appropriate measures a parent/relative should take in a situation like this but it's obvious the Uncle here cared. Sad situation.

The uncle is responsible for this killing, responsible for teaching his kid that violence is the way to get what you want, violence is the way to control your world.
