My guess is stupid. Do you not know what Dune is referring to? Did you read the link? Do you agree with NDAA? Would you sign the petition to protect personal freedom even though you hate the ACLU and Feinstein but know that this bill would be horrible for our country? Do you care who the fascists are who wrote this bill? do you care about anything but yourself?

failias has full faith in our government to determine who is and isn't guilty of terrorism related activities without a trial needing to be held. he also believes it's might fine to ignore the constitution if you want to do great and glorious things.
 
This is absolutely a stupid law. I cannot believe that people in both parties are supporting this. People who actually swore to uphold the constitution are trying to pass a law that disregards it.

And yes, fear is most often the motivation for those who take our liberties.

that's why i've taken to carrying all the time, everywhere. i'm sure rootbeer is looking forward to the news reports of my death at the hands of his beloved law enforcement.
 
Some people are more frightened of our military than they are Islamic terrorists. We survived a Civil War and two world wars. I'll take my chances.
