Glorious Overlord RON PAUL Current Iowa favorite

And the only Republican candidate that can potentially beat Obama in the state, according to a NBC poll.

It's a PDF, so for those that can't view it, out of near 3,000 registered voters polled, 42% said they would vote for RON PAUL against Obama, tying Obama at an equal 42%. The next closest was Romney at 39% to Obamas 46%.

Clearly this means Obama is a shoe in for a 2nd term, as the only person worthy of voting for is RON PAUL, and the RNC hates that.

odd that you call Paul the favorite....if you look on page 6 of the poll it says "if the caucus were held today who would you support? Answer Gingrich 23%, Romney 18%, Paul 15%".........what is your definition of 'favorite'?......

The voters of Iowa, as opposed to just a select few involved in one party's caucus, where he still draws about 12% more than one would expect.

Give it a month.

Ron Paul is a freight train about to be noticed.

Ron Paul has already won by injecting REAL ISSUES into the debate.

Can he get the repub nomination? I highly doubt it. The majority of repubs are used to the meme that Paul can't win. As long as the media keeps any poll that shows Paul has large support hidden from the drooling fox viewers they should be able to get the troll Gingrich to capture the nomination, thus assuring Obama the second glorious term to unleash his Nobel Peace upon the land.

Paul will have to run third party, which he should have done already. Tainting himself with the repub stink has probably cost him some indie support he might have otherwise enjoyed. Who knows? I'm just postulating. there's no way to offer anything but opinions on the matter.

But I think the fact that people have finally awakened to the banker elites and their inside games is due in no small part to the work of Ron Paul and his message. Ron is the only candidate who isn't a globalist banker puppet. Gingrich is a tool. You can't believe a word the guy says. He's a bigger flipper than Romney. The only difference between them is Romney still denies flipping on issues while Gingrinch simply shrugs his shoulders and acts like nothing happened. Gingrich is a megalomaniac and will be a dangerous person to have in charge. He'll be worse than Obama because he'll do whatever he's told with a smile on his face.

Paul started participating in GOP primaries precisely because running third party was completely pointless. He has seen already that he can be much more relevant inside the major party, such as when Ron Paul supporters showed up at caucuses/conventions and got disgrunted people to side with them. I did that in 2008, sending my precinct's district vote in favor of Paul, because we were unified around him, and the others weren't thrilled with McCain/Romney/Huckabee, and were pretty much all shrugs. None of us were really hardcore libertarians, and were not into third parties. We mostly just wanted to send our party a message.
