Rather like your attitude to them, what? Hey, sailor, I bet you never realised this. Russia is a big country and has a population of 143 million. Some are crooks, some are loonies, some are just ordinary people. Rather like America or anywhere else. Were you to have watched UK TV in the bush years you might have been privileged to have witnessed even worse.
So really, you do not have a story. You may laugh, you may drool much as the mentally ill might react to the passing of the seasons or the opening of a flower but you have no valid point.
