Tell me in the past 50 years in the US, when has a tax cut helped to spur jobs and increase the employment rate.

This is just conservative myth that Obama has adopted. I'm thinking that Obama must be a conservative.

Thats why i live in Canada.

how does a stagnant economy improve itself?

By raising taxes on the wealthy, and taking that money and investing it on infrastructure. Thats how Bill Clinton got the 90s economy to boom.

bullshit. that is NOT how clinton boosted the economy. If you truly believe that, you are a certified moron. government cannot produce wealth, it only consumes wealth.

LOL, total bullshit. The economy boomed in the 90s because of something called the Internet. Besides, Clinton was fiscally center-right, not left at all.

LOL

CK, you need some schooling.

here's a scenario where payroll tax cuts would be the incentive to hire employees and essentially pay slightly discounted wages via the payroll portion of the taxes being reduced (are you follwing along, CK?), and yet you ignore the reality that offering the incentive provides a greater chance of spurring new hiring than the alternative of doing nothing.

You disagree?
Care to show how the probability of spurring new hiring would be reduced by offering payroll cuts?

The payroll tax cut is opposed by most Republicans. Is that because it benefits the 99%?

Is it now? Care to bone up some facts to support your claim?

I think what Republicans object to is combining the payroll tax with outrageous spending. That said, I personally believe so long as the payroll tax exists there should be no cap. We should lower the rate and remove the cap, making every dollar taxable. This is probably more of a Democratic position than a Republican one.

Wrong, ignorant Dolt.
