You deny there are court cases in the USA using Sharia Law. As long as you will not accept the fact that Sharia Law has been and is being used in the American court system then you are defending Sharia Law which includes permitting wife beating. Deal with it. You're gonna have to make a decision. Do you accept multiculturalism even when it is wrong or do you stand up to political correctness.

Pure, unadulterated horseshit. Show me where I have said sharia law should be used in this country?? I would love to see it. I would call this a strawman, but that would be an insult to strawmen arguments everywhere.

I am, and have been, an advocate for the 1st Amendment protecting ALL citizen's right to worship in ANY religion of their choice. I have also been a vehement advocate of the separation of church & state, and for removing laws based solely on religious dogma. The difference between your argument and mine is that I am against all religious based laws, and you want to single out Islam. I refuse to play your game. If we stand fast against all religious based laws (those solely based on religious beliefs) then Sharia Law ceases to be an issue. But you are not satisfied with that. You want it to be that we either join your biased rant against a single faith or we are fans of wife beating.

Come back and talk when you are not lying or pressing a sick agenda.

How much clearer do I have to be? I am against any laws based solely on religious beliefs. I am not singling out one religion. I am against any religious law being used in our courts.

I said I was no fan of Islam but that the 1st Amendment doesn’t differentiate between a “barbaric” religion and a “civilized” one. That its an all or nothing kinda deal.
And you replied “Endorsing wife beating in the name of the 1st Amendment now. Nice. Your mask is slipping.”

So whether someone else advocates using Sharia Law or whether Sharia Law allows wife beating is irrelevant in the context of you making up lies about what I have said.

If you are defending Sharia Law as a 1st Amendment Right then you are defending wife beating. Which is it? You can't have it both ways.
