Yes, because we've all been conditioned to accept a certain kind of person as president or vp... they have to be politicians, who have spent their lives spinning and lying, pressing the flesh with special interests and lobbyists, making those backroom deals... because THAT is what we expect a president or vp to do! When a man comes along that doesn't fit that mold, we proclaim him unfit to serve, and begin looking around for someone who is polished and poised, and able to lie through his teeth to us, because that's the kind of leader we can respect.

I think America is about sick and tired of people like you, telling us who is or isn't suited to be the president. Your suggestions have simply not paid off, we are in serious trouble as the result of the Political Class rule, which you want to continue. All I can say is, sit back and watch it get rejected this time, because that is what is going to happen.

When Herman Cain entered this race, nearly everyone proclaimed him a 'long-shot' to win the nomination. He is currently tied with Romney for the front runner. This may have slowed his momentum, but this is FAR from over.

I simply expect someone who knows enough about the world to understand before running for president or VP that China has nuclear capabilities.

Perhaps we should reserve judgement. According to allegations Cain tried on numerous occasions. :)

Why do you put higher standards on conservative candidates than you do for Obama? Obama didn't know squat when he ran for President.

Is that the campaign now....."allegations"? There are now allegations that Davidi Alexrod has his fingerprints all over this. I think Alexrod should resign as Obama's campaign director.

Of course you disagree, but you can't tell my why other than you are partisan. You're not going to get very far using this kind of tactic when defending Obama. Obama has way too many instances of "misspeaking" and outright ignorance on record. You're only going to look silly.

That's right...whatever you do, don't address Cain's criminal lack of knowledge concerning China's nuclear capabilities...whatever you do, don't discuss Cain's shortcomings...just resort to the same ad homs you reserve for anyone not willing to accept your word as Gospel.

Because Conservatives like to boast for all to hear how Democrats are Godless heathens, while Republicans are closer to God; and how republicans are FOR the family unit while Liberals are out to destroy the family unit.

If you're going to constantly claim your side is more Godly than the other , you'd damn well better be able to back it up 24/7/365.
