Cain's numbers drop significantly!

By the way Damo - this is not free speech, this is hate speech.

And it creates a hostile environment for any person of color on your board. Not that I think you give a shit, but I do.
Damo's on tough ground here. He has free speech to consider and if that freedom applies to a bigoted scum bag like Dweebway then I feel better knowing that my freedom of speech is respected. So I do agree with you that Dweebway's comment is bigoted hate speech that contributes nothing to informed political dialogue on this message board. I also appreciate the difficult situation the little prick puts Damo in by doing this.

He's far from the only MBA with poor spelling skills. I've been hired by financial firms to give business writing lessons to some of them.

You don't know anything. So shut up.
LOL I remember when writting technical reports that us geeks referred to writting "Executive Summary's" as "Dumbing it down so that even an MBA can understand it!" LOL

Dream on, liberals:
notably, the GOP presidential contender's poll numbers haven’t budged. In fact, the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll – conducted in the days after the harassment allegations surfaced – shows Mr. Cain’s numbers among Republicans have risen over the past month. He is now at 23 percent, versus 24 percent for his top rival, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.

A month ago, the ABC/Post poll had Cain at 17 percent and Mr. Romney at 25 percent.

When compared with other major polls, the ABC results show Cain staying where he’s been since mid-October – in the mid-20s – neck and neck with Romney. The only other national poll released since the harassment story broke is Rasmussen Reports, which has Cain at 26 and Romney at 23.

One question: Would Cain have come in higher were it not for the harassment allegations? A Quinnipiac Poll completed on Sunday, the day the story broke, showed Cain at 30 percent.

For now, Cain is weathering the storm – though there are warning signs for him on the horizon.

“Herman Cain is showing initial resilience in the face of allegations of sexual impropriety: More than half of potential Republican voters say the controversy is not serious [and] fewer than a quarter say it makes them less likely to support Cain,” writes Gary Langer, who conducts polls for ABC News.

I don't like when Mott does it and I'm not defending it, but we've all read enough of his posts to know he's not a racist or a bigot. However, webbway never has a good word to say about any race except caucasian, so we can't point to his comments and say he was just being facetious.

OT, but I noticed some words posted link to other sites (Mott the Hoople, San Fran). Is this something new with the system?

I think it is the skim-links ads.. I thought I had it set not to do that, but apparently I suck at the skim-links settings...

And yeah, as I stated. We all get that Webbway is a racist, that's pretty clear. However that particular post was clearly a play on one of those "get the n-word out" posts by leftists who are pretending to speak for righties... I gave an example.

The ability to convey your intent is what matters. Spelling and grammer is in a large part elitism, you dont play by my artificial rules so you are not as good as me.
You do have a point but poor spelling and poor grammer can affect your ability to communicate ones thoughts. On a message board though, I'm not going to take the spelling/grammer nazi's to serious.

Right, pointing out how the left has attacked this guy by using the same words that Mott the Hoople uses when saying the right wants the 'n' word out is 'hate speech' when this guy uses it, but not when Mott uses it.

I get it.

Webb is a racist. I understand that. However, not everything he says is "hate speech"... just a bunch of what he says.
and to think I defended you. I have to call you on that. First "I'm not a leftist" just because I don't fall into your paraticular paradigm and because I think for myself. Seconde, what the hell do you mean by "getting out the N word". Are you refering to me calling peoples bluff on their own racist comments? I have to ask you to clarify that comment.

I agree, when they affect your ability to convey your thoughts, then it becomes a valid issue.

I would disagree with that assessment. I think Mott IS a racist. Not as in your face as Webb (which is why I have webb on IA and not Mott).... but Mott likes using it way too much. He likes projecting racism onto others way too much. The difference between Mott and webb is that Mott feels kind of bad that he is a racist and thus he tries to cover it up.
LOL Me a racist? That's a hoot. Have you met my wife? LOL

YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO SPEAK ON THIS FORUM, RACIST POS.
