The Tea Party is too harshly judged. I know many people who are active in the TP and they're good folks, and not even close to being racists. They simply believe that government should be less involved in our lives and business, a view that I share. There are a few crazies, but that is true of any movement -- Occupy for instance...

So, you support the Koch bros. agenda?

I suspect that the attempt to move the GOP further right has already cost them what would have otherwise been an easy presidental victory. I am not sure the TEA party is to blame, but it looks like we are going to get a reelected President Obama or Romney. I am not sure but I wonder if Romney is going to be a second Bush.

Romney isn't Bush... Perry would be Bush IV.

I am surprised at how Cain became popular with the TEA Party. Considering he was head of the Fed Reserve in St. Louis for a bit... He certainly is no natural fit for the TEA Party.

I think you are once again trying to count chickens before even the eggs are laid.

You may be right, but who else?

I dont belvie many people know much about Cain other than that he is black and a Republican. I think the TEA party people are so anxious to prove they are not racist many have jumped into the Cain camp, and will quickly jump off.

What type of president do you belive Romney would be? Would he be the man that was Gov. of Mass. or would he be the man that was a Bishop at his Church or would he be the something new that he is portraying himself to be?

What is the Koch Brothers agenda, Dune? Where is it published so I can read it for myself?

Do you support the George Soros agenda?

You could start with the thread I started this morning. Called 'America, what are you going to do? Then you could try to download the programme. I don't know from where but I'm sure a vcp* like yourself would have little problem.
Then you could write to Herman Cain and ask him what he knows and whether he is on the Koch line.

*vcp = very clever person.

I think people actually learn and grow as human beings and politicians. He would likely be the "something new" because he is different now than he was 10 years ago, just like you are.

True, I agree. That was my point when they called John Kerry a souless flip flopper.....

I just wonder what that new person would be like as president, that is the question that seems unanswerable right now. I dont belive that he has lost what apperar to be great skills as chief executative. I do like the idea of having someone of a "different" religen becoming president of the USA. I suspect I will greatly disagree with his politics once they become more clear, but I do not find the guy patently offensive or objectionable as I do many of the Republican canidates. The guy is not slinging shit or insenuating that the president is un-American and such.

you've confused. Cain isn't the leader in the TEA party camps. nobody is at this point.
