Let the GOP hit job begin...
Loving all the nanny state worship. Authorities declared something illegal so it has to be, they said so. LOL
I'll tell you exactly how the guy was injured. After being knocked to the ground, a flash bang exploded right by his head. That is CLEARLY the fault of the police, as in it was entirely intentional.
what part of their oath that says 'support and defend the constitution' do you not understand when you say they are just doing a job?I know you have little respect for cops. I have a lot of respect. I have family members and friends who are cops. I worked as a dispatcher for the State Police- I have known cops for most of my life. The majority of them are good decent people. There are bad cops. That said, cops are hired to do their job. If they are ordered to go kick out people camping in a public park- that's what they do. The right to protest does not include the right to camp out in a public park littering and defecating and making it unpleasant and inaccessible for others.

Theres this thing called the 1st Amendment. Maybe you've heard of it?
and they take priority over the bill of rights? There's this thing called city rules and regulations. Maybe you've heard of them.
and they take priority over the bill of rights?
Where are those rights enumerated?
How are they breaking that oath by breaking up camping in a public square, where commerce is being disrupted; public property is being damaged; and sanitation has become an issue?
not absolute. The cry of people who dont agree with the opinion of those exercising their rights.1st amendment rights of protestors are not absolute. If demonstrators break laws or infringe on the free flow business; destroy property; or get violent- the government has the right and the duty to stop them.

Well of COURSE, the right of the rich to shop in peace without having to look at the less fortunate is being TRAMPLED UPON!
And of course, now that places THE WEALTHY frequent are facing sanitation issues, suddenly the Right claims sanitation issues are important. This is the same Right that is trying to dismantle the EPA because they don't give two rat farts about the water quality that "normal" Americans drink on a daily basis.
And public propety is being damaged! Sure...it would have been nice if Righties showed the tiniest bit of concern when regular Americans complained that mining companies were polluting our rivers (a.k.a PUBLIC PROPERTY) with the heavy metals they needed to use to make their operations "cost effective."
