wall street fights back against politicians that support OWS

Schadenfreude

patriot and widower
per cnn's anderson cooper, wall street is threatening (and doing) withholding of financial support for politicians that speak out in favor of the OWS movement

seems that the scotus ruling RE: citizens united has far reaching effects

They ought to identify as many protesters as possible and black list them from jobs and mortgages, student loans that go thru wall street.

It's not like Wall St just started donating money to politicians since the citizens ruling.

Seems to me the folks on Wall St would be more concerned if some legislation was passed (in what they deem against their interests) as a result of OWS than just some rhetoric. They are use to politicians demonizing them publicly then running to them for money afterwards saying they didn't really mean what they just said.

No, but it's become a more codified and legal practice, with a now official double standard regarding people and corporations.

They're concerned now. They're proactive.

student loans do not go through wall street (they used to go through banks) anymore, the government took over the function

I'm hard core democrat, unlike most posters I don't toe the line all the time. More finance people on wall street lost jobs as a percentage. It's the CEOs and boards that are the problem not everybody on the street.

OK, so where are the CEOs and boards to be found?
