Cars manufactured there by Indian and German companies?

Not really. I did what thousands of your own countrymen did. I took advantage of an opportunity and in so doing I worked for my own country's exports and foreign relations.
You should remember that without people like me foreign trade would grind to a standstill. Just a few miles from here there are oil fields staffed at senior level by yanks. The bank of America is here, several insurance companies, your major retailers have buying offices here. Who do you think sets up the factories for GM etc?

Never had to have that. So far they pass naturally with pain killers the only necessity. And "developed" there does not mean manufactured there.
