The Democrats will be nominating a LIBERAL for President this year. That is not so suprising. What is suprising to me is that it looks VERY likely that the Republicans will be nominating a LIBERAL as well, clearly not quite as liberal as President Obama, but someone who at least understans the Pro-Choice argument, someone who has tried to do something about Healthcare, and someone who is not a fundamentalist Christian.

IT looks like America is going to get two good choices for President this time, America has happier days to come....

So lets see.... Oncelor mentioned that reps were going to nominate a 'liberal' from MA and you thought you would start an entire thread on calling Romney a liberal?

Jarod, if your voting criteria is based on what you listed in your OP, you're even dumber than I thought. At the moment economic policy is what matters, and on that Obama and Romney are no different. In fact they're not really different in any way.

Its not my criteria for voting, but it is a list of some things that make me happy about the possability of Romney being the nominee.
 
The Democrats are running a failed President in 2012. The Republicans just have to stay on point and not get distracted and run off on rabbit trails created by the hateful leftist media.
